In this episode of the amtlich voran podcast, I speak with Lisa Gadomski, Head of the Labor and Education Division and Director of the VDV Employer Initiative, and Katharina Leder, Project Manager for the initiative. The Association of German Transport Companies (VDV) represents more than 700 transport companies throughout Germany—from small regional bus operators to large organizations such as Deutsche Bahn and BVG.
