How Can HR Become Truly Agile, RIINA HELLSTRÖM?

In this episode of the SAATKORN Podcast, I’m talking to Riina Hellström, Founder of the Agile HR Community and an internationally recognized expert for agile ways of working in HR. Originally from Finland and now based in London, Riina has spent years helping organizations rethink how HR operates in a world defined by constant change. What triggered her journey? Early in her career she was inspired by ideas around learning organizations – but quickly realized that traditional HR structures were far from that vision. Discovering agile methods in the software world became a turning point and ultimately led her to found the Agile HR Community.
